Good idea if you only work once a day

I got this app to track hours worked on a project, but I cant check in more than once a day? This makes no sense to me.

As a freelancer, sometimes I start and stop work on different projects throughout the day. If I stop to do something else, I cant check back in an hour later?

Makes no sense. Whats the point?
